Ariyasu Momoka A Little Harmony Live 2025 〜Piano Note〜
Momoka Ariyasu
Overview
From July 2009 for eight years, Anka Ariyasu, who spent eight years as a member of Momoiro Clover Z and has continued to release songs and tour as a solo artist after graduating from the group, will stage her second Billboard Live tour. In the previous edition, Jazz Note 2024, she took on a new challenge with a jazz-focused stage. Teaming up with pianist Takeshi Obayashi, and with bassist Shinpei Ogawa and New York–based drummer Aaron Benjamin in the band, she performed genuine jazz standards and original songs. About a year later, this new performance marks a major departure from the last one: a piano-vocal solo stage featuring Anka Ariyasu herself on the piano. She will also hold a piano-vocal tour in October this year, touring live houses and halls in Tokyo, Nagoya, and Osaka, and she returns with even more refinement of her rich expressive power.
<Anka Ariyasu Comment>
One of my goals and dreams has been, and still is, to hold a piano-and-voice-only live show, “Piano Note.” The reading for it is “Piano Oto.” This time again I know I’ll be faces the piano with all my might, and it will be a serious competition.
I’m also very honored to be on the Billboard Live stage again for the first time in a year. Unlike Jazz Note, this time there won’t be anyone to help me (laughs). On stage it will just be a grand piano and me. Ah… there may be seats where the piano blocks the view, so please understand (laugh).
I’d like to tell my younger self, who once longed to be able to sing and play the piano someday. On Valentine’s Day, please come to a live performance delivered with 88 keys and my voice.
