SCANDAL, a four-piece girl band from Osaka, will perform at Billboard Live for the first time in eight years. Formed in 2006 by HARUNA (Vo/Gt), MAMI (Gt/Vo), TOMOMI (Ba/Vo), and RINA (Dr/Vo), who all belonged to the same dance and vocal school, SCANDAL made their major debut in 2008 with the single "DOLL."
