As the voice for contemporary women, singer-songwriter Miliyah Kato—who continues to resonate with and win the support of women of her generation—will embark on a winter Billboard Live Tour. Since her 2004 debut with "Never Let Go / Night Sky," she has sung her real feelings in down-to-earth words and given the world many enduring songs.
