With a free musicality and expressive power that transcend genre boundaries, singer-songwriter Kaho Nakamura continues to captivate many listeners as she launches her first Billboard Live Tour. Her voice blends delicacy and strength, with unpredictable arrangements, and through ongoing dialogue with the audience, she weaves music that can only be born in the moment. The Yokohama performance will be delivered in a band arrangement, the only one in this tour. Please experience up close the sound world unique to her, expanding with each stage’s different expression.

〈Kaho Nakamura Comment〉
Hello, this is Kaho Nakamura.
This time, for the first time in a while, I pulled out the title “Uta no genzaichi” and will embark on a Billboard Live Tour.
This time the theme is “facing with sound.”
We will face each other with our bodies, listen to the sounds that emerge, feel and respond before thinking about the other person’s repertoire, timing, and various other aspects.
This musical back-and-forth is really fun and interesting!

The partner I contacted for such a duet is my friend Jun Miyagawa, who is now in high demand across Japan.
For the Tokyo show on 10/11 (Sun), we will perform as a duo with two grand pianos. 10/12 (Mon) is a piano solo.
For the Osaka show on 10/14 (Wed), Hammond organ (Jun’s true forte as an organist—looking forward to it so much).
And for the final Yokohama show on 10/21 (Wed), I’ll perform live with a band set with friends whom I think are the coolest recently.
As a result, because I want to show everything, we’ve decided to tour with a richly colorful program at each venue.

When you face music, you often find that the most honest sounds are the most interesting, so I’m looking forward to how many notes I can be honest with on this journey.
