Yoshida Brothers, who have fused the traditional timbre of Tsugaru shamisen with a wide range of genres—including rock, electronica, and jazz—to carve out their own distinctive musical world. In their nationwide tour “Gokusei,” launched in 2024 to commemorate their 25th anniversary since debut, they pursue the power and delicate resonance unique to live sound with two Tsugaru shamisen, and this year they have continued performing nationwide.
