Kakumatsu Tosei Note: This is a Japanese name (family name Kakumatsu, given name Tosei). In Western order it could be written as Tosei Kakumatsu.
Overview
As a singer-songwriter and producer, Toshiki Kadomatsu—who has created numerous timeless songs—will appear at Billboard Live this fall. He debuted in 1981 with the single "YOKOHAMA Twilight Time" and the album Sea Breeze, sparked by a demo tape he made while he was in college. While releasing solo works, he also blossomed as a songwriter and producer, bringing forth a string of hits. In May 2020, he released the second installment of his remake best-of album, "EARPLAY ～REBIRTH 2～." Even now, more than 35 years after his debut, Kadomatsu continues to be active with great energy, and this valuable performance, featuring his meticulous guitar playing and vocal delivery, is not to be missed.
