RYTHEM, a two-person group known for their harmonies, return to the Billboard Live stage. When their voices with distinct personalities are layered, you can hear a crackling ultrasonic timbre. Last year they celebrated their 20th anniversary, tackling the big question “What is happiness?” from a grounded, contemporary perspective and delivering their message from various viewpoints as RYTHEM. This year they began performing live, and since resuming activities in June they have continued their vigorous work, including the announced release of their 5th album Utatabi, the first since the reactivation. Joining them on this occasion is a luxurious lineup: arranger and music producer Satoshi Takebe, who produced the March release “Hoshikaze,” and guitarist Takayuki Sasaki, nicknamed “Kojiro,” who participated in the recording.
