Overview
From the 1980s fusion boom to today, Masayoshi Takanaka’s Billboard Live tour追加公演 are set to be held at Billboard Live Yokohama!
In 1971, he made his pro debut after being invited by Hiro Tsunoda and the late Shigeru Naruke, and in 1976 he debuted as a solo artist with the album “SEYCHELLES.”
With his distinctive phrasing and memorable melodic sense, he sparked the “TAKANAKA Boom.”
The early best-of collection “ALL OF ME” (1979) has video views in the millions, and “Niji Densetsu” is beloved worldwide as a mega work that remains a landmark in the history of Japanese instrumental music.
