Next year, the salsa band Orquesta de la Luz, which will celebrate its 40th anniversary, will take the stage at Billboard Live in midsummer. When their debut album De La Luz was released in 1990, it achieved the remarkable feat of topping the US Latin charts for 11 consecutive weeks. Since then, they have received numerous honors, including the United Nations Peace Prize and Grammy nominations, delivering superb Latin music to audiences around the world.
