Overview
Under Boo Takagi, born in 1933, ukulele-loving musicians gathered to form the 1933 Ukulele All-Stars, who will present a spring heralding concert in Yokohama. The band’s icon is the legendary comedian Boo Takagi, along with Kazuyuki Sekiguchi (Captain), Yoshio Nomura (Ukulele Prince), Yoko Ogino (Diva), Kimiko Bunzan (Queen of Whistling), Yu Hatakeyama (Cajon Master), Yanagiman (Bandmaster), and a luxurious lineup that will fill the air with happy, soothing ukulele tones. Three years after their sensational debut in Hawaii, and having just completed Japan’s first full-scale live show in December 2021, please enjoy this precious stage of theirs.
