With a unique, cutting-edge sound where a wide range of musical styles intersect, the experimental soul band WONK—drawn attention both domestically and internationally—will hold a summer Billboard Live tour. Each member is a player/producer/engineer active in the fields of soul, jazz, hip-hop, and rock, making them a band unlike any other. Since releasing their debut album in 2016, they have appeared at Japan’s premier music festivals and achieved overseas performances, and their high level of musicianship has earned support from many quarters, including providing songs, remixes, and performing with major domestic and international artists across genres and generations. This tour is built around their latest album, 'artless,' released in May. The latest stage, which expresses WONK’s current essence with high purity, is a must-see.
