With a distinctive, cutting-edge sound that fuses a wide range of musical styles, the experimental soul band WONK—whose work has drawn attention both in Japan and abroad—will embark on a Billboard Live tour for the first time in a year. Each member is a versatile artist, working as a musician/producer/engineer across the fields of soul, jazz, hip-hop, and rock.

Since releasing their debut album in 2016, they have performed at major domestic music festivals and overseas tours, and have contributed songs, done remixes, and participated in performances for big artists both domestically and internationally across genres and generations. Their breadth of musicality and high level of skill have been recognized from many quarters.
