Overview
Billboard Live presents Banda Mandacarinho, a big-band group formed by a multinational lineup of super players active in Tokyo, focusing on Brazilian popular music and deftly weaving the rhythms of Brazilian music. They will light up the Billboard Live stage with a condensed, joy-filled take on Brazilian music, complemented by Hugo Fattoruso and Tomohiro Yahiro. Hugo, born in Uruguay, is a versatile multi-instrumentalist who has recorded and toured with numerous Brazilian music legends such as Javán and Milton Nascimento, and has been honored with a Latin Grammy Special Award. Tomohiro Yahiro is a percussionist from the Canary Islands. He is an active performer both domestically and internationally, having appeared at Carnegie Hall and the Saito Kinen Festival Matsumoto. With these two world-renowned guests, savor a concentrated, happiness-filled Brazilian music experience.
