Ai Higuchi, a singer-songwriter whose piano seems to sing and whose bright alto voice commands attention, has a Billboard Live performance scheduled.

Born in Kagawa and raised in Nagano, Higuchi began studying classical piano at age 2. She later gained wide experience with violin, chorus, vocal performance, drums, and guitar, exposing herself to many genres. From age 18, she focused on performing as a piano-led singer-songwriter.

She made her major debut in 2016 with her first album, 160 Degrees, and in 2022 she wrote the ending theme “Devil’s Child” for The Final Season Part 2 of the TV anime Attack on Titan, which drew attention.

In recent years she has been active as a writer, providing songs for artists such as Shingo Katori, Non, and ChroNoiR, and she has also drawn attention for writing lyrics for numerous songs in the anime Bochi the Rock!.

This club show, titled HIGUCHIAI Billboard Live Tour 2025 “Chorus,” will feature a six-member chorus including Sho Kurakami of GOOD BY APRIL, while Higuchi takes the stage in a piano-vocal style. Enjoy the one-night-only harmony woven by seven voices and the piano.
