Overview
From Sweden, the pop-rock band Dirty Loops, renowned worldwide for their jaw-dropping technical prowess, will bring their long-awaited Japan tour for the first time in three years!
Dirty Loops, formed in 2008, began as an experimental project aimed at “trying things you wouldn’t do in a normal music session.” When they posted boldly rearranged cover videos of pop classics on YouTube, their cover of Lady Gaga’s “Just Dance” drew attention and put them in the spotlight.
Numerous cover videos went viral around the world, eventually leading to collaborations with composer Andreas Carlson and David Foster, and even a management deal with Quincy Jones.
In 2014 they released their debut album Loopified, and supported Maroon 5 on tour and embarked on a world tour.
In 2020 they released their second album Phoenix, and in 2021 they released a collaboration with guitarist Cory Wong, Turbo.
And in 2024, armed with their latest EP Beagle, they are undertaking a major tour across North America and Europe, drawing even more attention.
Their live performances, combining overwhelming technical prowess with high entertainment value, are sure to captivate everyone who watches!
Dirty Loops is returning to Japan’s stages once again—don’t miss the moment.
