FIVE NEW OLD, a four-piece band whose motto is “ONE MORE DRIP—color everyday life with the scent of aroma oil,” will perform at Billboard Live for the first time in about three and a half years. Formed in Kobe in 2010 and making their major-label debut in 2017, they have developed a sound that blends R&B and alternative rock with a variety of musical elements, and they have been active from large festivals to commercial tie-ins. In 2025, marking their 15th anniversary, they released their first best-of album, “FiNO is,” and in September they successfully wrapped up the anniversary with a one-man show at Tokyo International Forum Hall C.
